We help you collect data

Using text as our platform, we give you the tools to collect data from your distributed teams. Each team will get a localized phone number to their area. Anyone who wants to report to that area will send a text message to that number and our automated system will handle setting them up to start collecting data. As an organization, you define the periods for which you would like to collect data (weekly, biweekly, monthly) and we handle gathering that data and presenting it to you.

Your team will be given your own, unique phone number. Simply have staff and students text ‘Hi’ to your phone number to begin easily capturing stats.

We will automatically reply with a series of onboarding messages to ensure that everyone understands what the main movement indicators are. We collect Spiritual Conversations, Gospel Presentations, Decisions for Christ, and Holy Spirit Presentations.

An automatic message will be sent out once a week, or at any interval you decide, to gather statistics. You report stats by simply responding with a number (or numbers separated by a comma if you are reporting for multiple movements). After you answer the four movement indicators you are finished! Everyone will receive a text message a few days later giving an Impact report of what happened throughout your entire team.
